Indianapolis-based Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) (FY22 net revenue of $122.9 million) announces the appointment of Erin Eberly, Jason Patch, Mike North, Mike Lee and Jamie Ellis to new leadership roles within the firm.
These individuals will oversee KSM’s tax, audit and advisory practices, as well as its industry groups and operations. As PICs, they will work together with CEO and president Tim Cook, as they form KSM’s executive committee.
Erin Eberly
Erin Eberly has been named PIC of KSM’s tax services. With nearly two decades of experience at KSM, Eberly brings a wealth of expertise serving as a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, high-net-worth individuals and technology companies. She will lead tax professionals in delivering top-tier compliance and consulting services. She has also been instrumental in driving the firm’s internal diversity initiatives.
Jason Patch
Jason Patch assumes the role of PIC of KSM’s audit services. Drawing from over 20 years of experience at the firm, Patch will lead audit professionals in providing outstanding audit and assurance services. His focus on industries like manufacturing and distribution has positioned him as a leading figure within KSM’s manufacturing and distribution services group.
Mike North
Mike North steps into the position of PIC of KSM’s advisory services. With a career spanning over two decades at the firm, North will lead a team of professionals offering specialized advisory services. He has been a key player in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting and compliance, and will now oversee KSM’s strategic investments.
Mike Lee
Mike Lee has been appointed PIC of KSM’s key industries. Leveraging his extensive experience since joining KSM in 2002, Lee will provide strategic guidance to industry leaders and ensure a world-class client experience. His expertise in acquisitions, divestitures and financial reporting has made him an invaluable asset to KSM and its clients.
Jamie Ellis
Jamie Ellis, KSM’s chief operating officer, also takes on the role of PIC of operations. With a background in operations and finance, Ellis will lead a team focused on aligning resources with the firm’s strategic objectives. His leadership will be instrumental in driving KSM forward and achieving its goals.
