EisnerAmper Names New Leaders in Software and Biotech

New York-based IPA top 100 firm EisnerAmper (FY22 net revenue of $614 million) has announced the appointment of new leaders to head its technology and life sciences divisions. This move reflects the firm’s strategic endeavor to enhance its proficiency in these pivotal sectors.

Thomas H. Fagley has been named the national biotech sector leader. Fagley brings extensive expertise to his role. Specializing in the life sciences sector, he is recognized for his ability to provide tailored solutions to a diverse range of clients, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals and venture capital firms. R. Brooks Malone III assumes the role of national software sector leader. Malone excels in financial reporting and business consulting, particularly within high-growth technology companies. His involvement in entrepreneurial initiatives underscores his commitment to innovation in the software industry.
