Rochester, N.Y.-based Bowers CPAs and Advisors partners Mike D’Avirro, and Carl Austin have announced the firm’s expansion in Rochester through a merger with Kasperski Dinan & Rink , effective Jan. 1. This collaboration strengthens both firms, combining expertise and resources to provide enhanced services to clients.
Tracey Rink and Rick Kasperski founded their practice 20 years ago to provide services based on trust and integrity while fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

As part of the expansion, Ryan Kretchmer has been admitted as a partner, bringing over 25 years of tax expertise. The firm has also welcomed four skilled staff accountants, bolstering its Rochester team.
