Rodwick Joins CohnReznick as Financial Services Tax Partner

New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick (FY23 net revenue of $920 million) announced that Peter Rodwick has joined the firm as a tax partner in its financial services practice.

Based in Los Angeles, Rodwick has nearly two decades of experience providing tax services to large and mid-size alternative investment funds and their management companies.

With extensive experience serving private equity funds, distressed debt funds, and fund of funds, Rodwick analyzes the tax impact of structuring events such as fund mergers, contributed property, 734(b) redemptions, corporate blockers, Alternative Investment Fund (“AIF”) structures and side-pocket investments.
