Glastonbury, Conn.-based MahoneySabol (FY22 net revenue of $11 million) announces the successful merger of Giamalis and Company, also of Glastonbury.
With this merger, MahoneySabol is broadening its client base and welcoming nine experienced professionals to its team. Founded in 1990, the firm’s 60-plus accounting professionals and administrative support staff serve clients throughout the region.
By incorporating the strengths of Giamalis and Company’s talented professionals, MahoneySabol aims to further elevate its capabilities, offering comprehensive financial and accounting services tailored to the unique needs of each client. The combined firm will continue to operate as MahoneySabol & Company, LLP.
