Indianapolis-based IPA 100 firm Katz Sapper & Miller (KSM) (FY22 net revenue of $122.9 million) has announced the admission of four professionals to its partner group, effective Jan. 1.

Charles Decker is a member of KSM’s Tax Services Group. He provides technical review of federal income tax issues, identifying innovative solutions to minimize taxes while ensuring compliance for the firm’s clients. He regularly monitors tax legislation and emerging tax issues and serves as a specialized resource and subject matter expert for KSM engagement teams. Charles is a frequent speaker and author on federal tax issues.
Sarah Hammond is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. She serves as a trusted tax and business advisor to entrepreneurs, business owners, closely held, family-owned businesses, and private equity-owned companies spanning a multitude of industries. She is passionate about taking a collaborative approach while working with business owners, company leadership, and other advisors to minimize tax liability and risk while maximizing savings and thoughtfully planning for the future.
Jordan Mayer is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. He provides financial, tax and consulting services to a wide variety of businesses and industries. He uses his extensive tax knowledge to help develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize cash flow. Mayer has experience in tax compliance, planning, forecasts, projections, and other general business and accounting services for entities, individuals, trusts and estates.
Brittany Schutter is a member of KSM’s Business Advisory Group. She provides strategic guidance to businesses and their owners on federal and multistate tax compliance and educates them on current tax legislation and emerging topics to help them make informed business decisions. She has experience in mergers, acquisitions and business restructuring, and advises clients on the tax implications of those transactions.
