Marlton, N.J.-based Baratz & Associates (FY22 net revenue of $10.2 million) has announced the strategic acquisition of Cherry Hill, N.J.-based Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co.
The addition of Renzi Bernardi Suarez & Co., led by Phil Bernardi and Ed Suarez, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to complement Baratz & Associates’ comprehensive service offerings. The merger, effective immediately, is a testament to Baratz & Associates’ strategic growth plan and successful track record of expanding its reach, the firm announced.
