Towson, Md.-based Rosen Sapperstein and Friedlander (RS&F), (FY22 net revenue of $16.3 million) has announced the acquisition of Mister Burton & Associates (MBA) of Hunt Valley, Md.
Founded in 1985, MBA provides audit, tax, accounting and management advisory services for businesses, business owners and high-net-worth individuals.
Both firms provide impactful advisory services and will now have access to each other’s resources to enhance the client experience. The acquisition affirms RS&F’s mission of being their clients’ trusted partner that supports success and makes a sustainable impact.

The acquisition of MBA is part of RS&F’s plan to expand with best of breed people and services within their target client base.
