Tucson, Ariz.-based IPA 200 firm BeachFleischman PLLC (FY22 net revenue of $37.8 million) is merging in Nogales, Ariz.-based Jeong Lizardi PC.
Founded in 1983, Jeong Lizardi provides tax, accounting and business advisory services to clients that include individuals, family-owned businesses and larger business entities in the distribution, warehousing, hospitality, real estate and retail industries. The firm also has extensive experience in international taxation, offering specialized tax and business advisory services to border-industry clients. As part of the deal, Jeong Lizardi will practice as BeachFleischman PLLC and continue to operate from its existing office in Nogales, with 10 client service and administrative professionals joining the BeachFleischman team, including Leonard Lizardi, who joins as a tax principal and managing principal of the Nogales office.
