Raleigh, N.C.-based IPA 100 firm Cherry Bekaert (FY22 net revenue of $349 million) is merging in Elgin, Ill.-based IPA 200 and Best of the Best firm PKF Mueller LLP (FY22 net revenue of $37.7 million).

Founded in 1968, PKF Mueller provides a range of accounting, auditing, tax, consulting and business advisory services to a wide array of clients, including privately held and publicly traded companies, local governments and non-profit organizations across a variety of industries. As part of the deal, Cherry Bekaert will also acquire Mueller dotKonnect, a business process outsourcing firm specializing in finance, accounting, tax and payroll functions.
