San Ramon, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Armanino LLP (FY22 net revenue of $577.8 million) has launched a new tax managed services practice, focused on assisting clients with complex tax law, evolving regulations and manual processes.
Tax managed services provides full-service, end-to-end tax capabilities, essentially becoming the client’s tax department, and covering everything from basic tax needs to complex tax optimization, tech assessment and integration. Leading this new area as director of managed tax services is Reema Naz, who previously oversaw the inception of tax managed services for EY.
