Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY22 net revenue of $317.3 million) is merging in Conyers, Ga.-based IPA 300 firm Antares Group Inc. (FY22 net revenue of $16.3 million).
Founded in 1984, Antares Group specializes in accounting, tax and technology solutions for restaurants, franchises and franchisors. The strategic combination will more than double the size of Aprio’s restaurant, franchise and hospitality industry team.
