Pittsburgh-based IPA 100 firm Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. (FY22 net revenue of $113.2 million) has admitted Megan Whitlock to its tax shareholder group. In her new role, she will lead the focus of the firm’s tax practice – specifically related to complex partnership transactions – across its offices in Pittsburgh, Washington and Columbus, Ohio. focus on client needs.
Whitlock has experience advising on the tax implications of complex real estate and oil and gas transactions, and has worked with firms across a variety of industries, including both private equity sponsors and private equity-owned companies. Prior to joining Schneider Downs, she worked in the national tax office of a Big 4 firm and most recently was the national tax director for a national firm.
