Expanding its footprint in southern California, IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly (FY23 net revenue of $616.5 million) is merging in Torrance, Calif.-based Raimondo Pettit Group (RPG).
Founded in 1992, RPG provides audit, tax, business management and financial consulting services to entrepreneurs, closely held companies and their owners, small publicly held companies and high-net-worth individuals. When the deal closes on Oct. 30, six partners and 55 staff members across three RPG offices will join the Eide Bailly team.
