New Philadelphia, Ohio-based IPA 100 firm Rea & Associates (FY22 net revenue of $69.9 million) has brought on Marc Harvey as its new chief people officer.
Harvey has nearly 15 years of experience in human resources, leadership development, and learning and development across various industry sectors. In his new role, he will oversee Rea’s HR, talent acquisition, and learning and development efforts.
The firm has also brought on Kaitlyn Robison as director of tax.
