MichaelSilver of Deerfield, Ill., has admitted Joshua Prince to its partnership.
Prince has more than 13 years of experience providing businesses and high-net-worth individuals with a variety of tax consulting and compliance services, including entity selection, planning and projections, foreign reporting, state and local considerations, government tax audits, and federal tax credits. He works within a variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, family offices and retail.
