Bethesda, Md.-based IPA 300 firm Councilor Buchanan & Mitchell PC (CBM) (FY22 net revenue of $21.1 million) has admitted Jordan Egert, Angela Prochaska and Mark Thomas to its partnership.
Egert has more than 15 years of experience in the accounting profession, with a focus on divorce financial planning, litigation/forensic accounting and tax advisory work.
Prochaska has 35 years of experience in public accounting and serves as the director of tax services and professional development at CBM, focusing on tax planning and compliance for clients in the automotive dealership and professional service industries, as well as high-net-worth individuals.
Thomas has nearly 25 years of public accounting experience, providing a wide range of audit and assurance services to a variety of not-for-profit clients, including private and charter schools, trade associations for airports and pharmaceutical organizations, political groups and human services-related entities.
