Looking to expand its presence in the Birmingham, Ala., area, Atlanta-based IPA 100 firm Aprio LLP (FY22 net revenue of $317.3 million) is merging in Culotta Scroggins Hendricks & Gillespie PC (CSH&G) of Vestavia Hills, Ala.
CSH&G offers a wide range of accounting and consulting services to individual and business clients. When the deal becomes effective on Aug. 1, more than 25 CSH&G team members – including partners Jake Culotta, Chris Gillespie, Joel Scroggins and Steve Hendricks – will join Aprio
“CSH&G will drive continued growth in the region serving clients with accounting services, tax planning, business consulting and more,” says Aprio CEO and MP Richard Kopelman. “Together, as like-minded firms, we are reinforcing our people-first, purpose-driven culture and navigating what’s next. We plan to aggressively buildout our client roster in Alabama and beyond.”
