Herbig
Louisville, Ky.-based MCM CPAs & Advisors LLP (FY22 net revenue of $72.9 million) has admitted Kathy Herbig to its partnership.
Herbig has more than 20 years of experience providing tax compliance and consulting services to financial institutions ranging from $70 million in total assets to publicly traded, multi-state financial institutions with multi-billion-dollar total assets. She has worked with both C-corp and S-corp financial institutions on issues related to tax accounting and financial statement presentation, including tax credit investments, stock-based compensation and tax considerations in M&A. Prior to joining MCM, Herbig was a managing director in the financial services tax practice at Crowe.
