Ham has more than 18 years of experience providing tax advisory services to businesses and individuals, particularly in the technology and government contracting sectors. Focusing primarily on tax planning and compliance for S-corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, consolidated corporations and individuals, his service areas include M&A, R&D credits, complex partnership allocations and multi-state taxation.
