Eide Bailly (FY23 net revenue of $616.5 million) has acquired Spectrum Health Partners of Brentwood, Tenn.
Spectrum Health Partners is a financial advisory firm focused exclusively on the health care industry, with services that include transaction advisory; post-transaction/winddown; turnaround, restructuring and bankruptcy; interim and crisis management; physician practice management; revenue cycle management; performance improvement; and health care analytics. The deal adds three partners and 10 professionals to Eide Bailly’s health care industry team, which is the firm’s largest industry.
