San Francisco-based IPA 500 firm SD Mayer & Associates (SDM) (FY21 net revenue of $7 million) is acquiring HR advisory firm WOVEN of San Francisco.
Founded in 2017 and led by Carmela Krantz, WOVEN provides HR strategy and operations services to small and medium-sized businesses, including those in the technology, venture capital, consumer products, professional services and non-profit sectors. WOVEN will remain an independent entity within SDM’s business portfolio.
