Cleveland-based IPA 300 firm HW&Co. (FY21 net revenue of $17.9 million) has acquired ECS Billing & Consulting South Inc. (d.b.a. ECS Solutions) of Dublin, Ohio
Founded in 1993, ECS Solutions provides billing, revenue cycle management and consulting services to the skilled nursing, home health and hospice markets.
“Together, HW&Co. and ECS Solutions will offer comprehensive services nationally to senior living providers as their billing and financial management challenges become ever more complex,” says HW&Co. CEO Brandon Miller.
