Glater
New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY22 net revenue of $838.6 million) has admitted Greg Glater as an assurance partner.
Glater’s public accounting experience includes auditing public SEC registrants and private companies in the real estate, hospitality and technology industries, as well as working with internal controls and SOX testing, identifying control gaps and evaluating deficiencies. Prior to joining CohnReznick, he was a senior manager for a Big 4 firm where he worked with clients on acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, public debt/securities offerings and complex share-based compensation arrangements.
