Atlanta-based IPA 400 firm KNAV PA (FY21 net revenue of $10.3 million) has opened a new office in Manila, Philippines, which will serve as a second Center of Excellence for the firm’s global operations, supporting clients in the U.S., U.K. and Singapore.
KNAV has an existing Center of Excellence in India and expects the new Manila office to further strengthen its 24-hour global clock service delivery model. The firm has also recently increased hiring in India to help increase efficiency, ease busy season pressure and refocus staff from routine work to higher-value advisory services.
