In yet another major transaction at the top of the profession in 2023, New York-based IPA 100 firm EisnerAmper LLP (FY22 net revenue of $542.1 million) is combining with Baton Rouge, La.-based IPA 100 firm Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N) (FY22 net revenue of $81.2 million). The deal is expected to close by the end of summer.
Founded in 1949, P&N has more than 575 team members spread across nine offices in Louisiana, Texas and Mississippi. The deal will expand EisnerAmper’s reach into the Gulf Coast region while providing a platform for P&N’s continued growth on a larger geographic scale.
