Pittsburgh-based IPA 100 firm Schneider Downs & Co. Inc. (FY21 net revenue of $103.4 million) has admitted Matthew Legg to its shareholder group. Legg will lead the firm’s international tax practice.
Legg has experience in many aspects of international tax strategies, including cross-border structuring and tax due diligence, foreign expansion assistance, foreign tax credit planning and international tax compliance projects. Prior to joining Schneider Downs, he served as the managing director of international tax for a large regional accounting firm with a national presence.
