New York-based IPA 100 firm CohnReznick LLP (FY22 net revenue of $838.6 million) is adding the partners and employees of Boca Raton, Fla.-based Daszkal Bolton LLP (FY21 net revenue of $43.1 million).

Founded in 1992, Daszkal Bolton provides a wide range of accounting, tax and advisory services to growth-oriented companies and high-net-worth families in Florida communities such as Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach, as well as around the country and the world. As part of the deal, MP Tim Devlin will continue to lead the firm’s Boca Raton, Fort Lauderdale and Jupiter offices in collaboration with CohnReznick’s Mike Micholas, who leads the Miami office and the Mid-Atlantic region for CohnReznick. In addition, Daszkal Bolton executive committee members Teri Kaye, Scott Walters and Brett Burgan will continue to lead in their respective practice areas.
