Camp Hill, Pa.-based IPA 300 firm Boyer & Ritter LLC (FY22 net revenue of $18.9 million) has launched Boyer & Ritter Operations and Technology Solutions (OTS), a new joint venture with 425 Consulting Group of Redmond, Wash., that combines advisory and IT services.
The collaboration is designed to meld the large enterprise finance/accounting/business experience of Boyer & Ritter with the IT experience of 425 Consulting, which includes using Microsoft technologies to build end-to-end business solutions. On the consulting side, Boyer & Ritter OTS offers services such as process and system assessments, documentation and process mapping, operational risk assessment and management, and assistance with policy creation. Meanwhile, the technology solutions side covers areas including ERP, CRM, systems integration, workflow automation, and reporting and analytics.
