Auburn, Ala.-based IPA 500 firm Machen McChesney CPAs (FY21 net revenue of $7.6 million) has chosen Michael Machen as its new MP. He succeeds Marty Williams, who has held the role for the past 14 years and will continue to serve clients.
Machen has 33 years of experience providing accounting, tax and advisory services to individuals and businesses, with a particular focus on clients in the construction, real estate, manufacturing, distribution, retail and professional services industries. He has been a partner for 25 of his 29 years with the firm, providing leadership in the areas of administration, process improvement, quality control, peer review, marketing, business development, client service, mentoring and staff training.
“I am confident Mike will lead the firm forward by striving to deliver exceptional client experiences while progressively navigating through ever-changing technological, economic and regulatory changes,” Williams says.
