Mercer
Nashville, Tenn.-based IPA 200 firm KraftCPAs PLLC (FY21 net revenue of $30.5 million) has named Spencer Mercer as member-in-charge of its Chattanooga, Tenn., office. He succeeds Tim Stees, who will retire in late 2023.
Mercer joined KraftCPAs in 2009 and was admitted as a member of the firm in 2021. He focuses on tax planning, consulting and compliance for clients in the construction, manufacturing, wholesale and distribution industries.
“Tim has been an incredible mentor and leader, and we’ll be working closely together to make the transition as smooth as possible,” says Mercer.
