Winchester, Va.-based IPA 200 firm YHB (FY21 net revenue of $36 million) has chosen principal Tom Milburn to serve as its next CEO. When he takes over in October, he will succeed Scott Moulden, whose five-year term as CEO ends in September.
“I look forward to supporting Tom during the transition and during his term,” says Moulden. “I am confident he will lead YHB well.”
Milburn began his professional career at YHB in 1997 and works primarily with financial institutions. During his time with the firm, he has also served on the diversity council, innovation committee, human resources committee and the board of directors.
“Scott and our team of talented professionals have put YHB on solid footing to become a major regional powerhouse in the accounting world,” says Milburn. “I look forward to strengthening connections and communication with our community of clients and colleagues as YHB keeps innovating and growing.”
The firm has also appointed three new service leaders: Elaine Cain in the tax department, Matthew Smith in the audit department and Dorrie Franzello-Kurtz in client accounting and advisory services.
