New York-based IPA 100 firm Grassi & Co. (FY21 net revenue of $100 million) has admitted the following four professionals to its partnership:
- Joseph Carnevale provides industry-specific tax and assurance services for a variety of market sectors, with a specialization in advising closely held and family-owned businesses in real estate, manufacturing and distribution, and professional services.
- Timothy Coners advises clients on tax planning, projections and compliance on the federal, state and local levels, providing guidance on credits and incentives, structuring, deferral strategies and complex tax issues, with a specialization in the construction industry.
- Keith Guillemain advises family-owned and closely held businesses in the professional services, retail and real estate industries.
- Jaime Rapps is a leader in the firm’s non-profit and health care practices, specializing in financial reporting, audits and advisory services for charitable organizations and health care entities.
