Making its first move into Virginia, Farmington Hills, Mich.-based IPA 100 firm UHY LLP (FY21 net revenue of $215.8 million) is merging in Ross Langan & McKendree LLP (RLM) of McLean, Va.
“One of the most important aspects of any combination is the culture of the firm that’s joining your organization,” says Harold Mohn, UHY’s Mid-Atlantic regional managing director. “RLM’s culture aligns with UHY, and we are truly adding a great team of people.”
Founded more than 40 years ago, RLM provides tax, audit and accounting services to a wide array of clients. As part of the deal, RLM’s three partners, one principal and 19 professional staff will join UHY and continue to work out of their current office.
