Ridgewood, N.J.-based Fandl LLC and Boston-based The Gagnon Group LLC have merged to form FandlGagnon LLC.
Founded in 2009, Fandl is a tax services firm specializing in state and local taxation, outsourcing and fixed-asset services including advocacy, compliance, outsourcing, process improvement, valuation and consulting. The Gagnon Group was founded in 2001 and provides tax consulting services to clients in a wide range of industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, health care, media and financial services. Both firms were founded by former Big 4 tax partners.
“We’ve taken the best of our two firms and formed a new entity that offers our clients an even higher level of service and scope of capabilities,” says William Gagnon, co-MP of the newly combined firm. “We look forward to demonstrating to them all what FandlGagnon can now offer.”
