Fairfield, N.J.-based IPA 200 firm Smolin Lupin & Co. (FY22 net revenue of $23.1 million) is merging in Roche Miseo Barchetto LLC (RMB) of Parsippany, N.J.
Founded in 1987, RMB services clients throughout the tri-state area, specializing in accounting for contractors, as well as wholesale distributors, professional service entities and real estate professionals. As part of the deal, the RMB staff will relocate to Smolin’s Fairfield offices.
