San Ramon, Calif.-based IPA 100 firm Armanino LLP (FY21 net revenue of $444.1 million) has launched a new strategic development outsourcing (SDO) service, designed to use data and analytics to help non-profit organizations focus their internal resources more effectively.
The new SDO service’s approach includes providing non-profit organizations with an in-depth analysis of their current fundraising performance, building out a three-year development model using predictive analytics to identify potential funding gaps and helping to design a strategy to support bridging those gaps. Ongoing support includes assistance with custom reports with donor analytics, donor databases, donor segmentation, major gift planning, detailed fundraising analysis, planned giving and compliance functions.
