Indianapolis-based IPA 200 firm Somerset CPAs (FY21 net revenue of $52.7 million) has admitted the following four professionals as principals:
- Jeremy Davis is a member of the private business advisory team, focusing on GAAP accounting, financial statement reviews and compilations, and business and individual taxes.
- Shaun Heinzelman is a member of the tax team, focusing on strategic tax planning and consulting for flow-through entities and their owners, as well as M&A and succession planning for closely held businesses. He also works with clients on incentive compensation plans and performance management plans.
- Gavin McNamara is a member of the health care team, serving the firm’s health care clients’ transactional and integration/affiliation needs, including managing fair market value engagements, advising on transactional issues and conducting complex financial analysis and financial/operational due diligence.
- Jordan Shady is a member of the assurance services team, leading engagement teams on financial statement audit and other attestation engagements for clients in the construction, architecture and engineering industries. He is also involved in the employee benefit plan practice.
