IPA 400 firm Spoor Bunch Franz of St. Petersburg, Fla. (SBF) (FY21 net revenue of $9.6 million), is merging in Clearwater, Fla.-based Westbay CPAs.
Founded in 2013, Westbay provides business valuation, forensic accounting, business consulting and litigation support services to a variety of clients. As part of the deal, Westbay’s five team members will join SBF.
“Adding Westbay to the SBF lineup of services strengthens our ability to offer our clients a one-stop shop,” says SBF MP Rich Franz. “It also gives SBF employees the opportunity to consider advisory services as a potential career path.”
