Fort Wright, Ky.-based IPA 200 firm VonLehman & Company (FY21 net revenue of $29.1 million) is merging in Sherck Hussey Johnson & McNaughton (SHJM) of Indianapolis.
Founded in 1943, SHJM provides tax and audit services to a variety of clients throughout central Indiana, including those in the construction, non-profit and professional services industries. Among the SHJM professionals that will be joining VonLehman as part of the deal will be partners Shawn Antell and Terry Johnson.
