Beasley
Chicago-based IPA 100 firm RSM US LLP (FY22 net revenue of $3.31 billion) has named Ty Beasley as its chief talent officer. In this role, Beasley will focus on attraction, development and the talent experience.
Beasley has more than 25 years of regulatory and advisory experience serving the financial services industry and financial institutions. He has served as RSM’s north Texas market leader since 2016, and the consulting leader for talent. He also served a term on the RSM US LLP board of directors from 2019 to 2022, and is a member of the firm’s inclusion council.
