Baker Tilly Names New Chief People Officer

Duce

Chicago-based IPA 100 firm Baker Tilly (FY22 net revenue of $1.31 billion) has named Joy Duce as its new chief people officer. She succeeds Todd Stokes, who had held the role since 2019.

Duce joined Baker Tilly in 2020 as managing director, co-leading the HR function and strategy. In her new role, she will oversee the strategy and operations of the firm’s talent attraction, learning and development, and talent management functions.

“Joy is a thoughtful leader with innovative ideas for the future of our people and our firm,” says COO Chuck Droege. “As the worldwide landscape of work changes, Joy’s leadership style and background make her perfectly poised to guide us through a watershed moment in our organizational development.”
