REDW Expands in Arizona with Acquisition

Looking to grow its presence in Arizona, Albuquerque, N.M.-based IPA 200 firm REDW LLC (FY21 net revenue of $38.9 million) has merged in Edwards Largay Mihaylo & Co. PLC (ELMCO) of Phoenix, effective Oct. 31.

Founded in 1986, ELMCO provides tax compliance, business and tax consulting, and accounting services to a wide range of clients that includes entrepreneurs, executives and independent professionals.

“REDW’s strategic growth plan in Arizona has not only been to elevate our clients’ experience with us, but to cultivate opportunities to join forces with other reputable firms that have a unique understanding of the local market,” says Mike Allen, PIC of REDW’s Phoenix office “With a similar concentration of expertise in the commercial space, including construction, real estate and professional service providers, we knew the ELMCO team would be an excellent fit, and would also strengthen REDW’s expansion in the areas of estate and trust tax planning.”
