Parsippany, N.J.-based IPA 100 firm Sax LLP (FY21 net revenue of $55.5 million) is merging in Steven R. Press CPA PC of Mamaroneck, N.Y.
Founded in 2015 by Steven Press, the firm provides tax planning, advisory and compliance services for a wide variety of clients, with a focus on employees and founders of tech and high-growth companies. As part of the deal, Press will be admitted as a Sax partner.
