Pensacola, Fla.-based IPA 300 firm Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund (FY21 net revenue of $21.4 million) has named Jen Mostert as its new chief financial officer.
For the past several years, Mostert has overseen operations as executive director at Andrews Research & Education Foundation. Prior to that role, she served as finance director of the non-profit medical research and education organization, providing financial oversight and strategy, and developing and implementing accounting processes, controls, policies and procedures. As CFO, Mostert returns to where she began her accounting career in 2009 as a manager within Saltmarsh Cleaveland & Gund’s audit and assurance practice, leading teams performing financial statement audits and other assurance services in several industries, including government, non-profit, health care, construction and manufacturing.
“Jen has a proven track record of delivering results and creating value,” says firm president Lee Bell. “Her blend of strategic operating expertise, leadership skills and spirit will be a great addition to our firm.”
