Savannah, Ga.-based IPA 200 firm Hancock Askew & Co. LLP (FY21 net revenue of $28.9 million) is merging in Becker CPA PA of Tampa, Fla.
Becker CPA PA specializes in tax services for high-net-worth individuals and closely held businesses, with a focus on the real estate and professional services firms. As part of the deal, firm founder William Becker will join Hancock Askew as a principal and he and his team will relocate to the Hancock Askew office in Tampa.
