IPA 100 firm Eide Bailly (FY22 net revenue of $532.8 million) has named Norman Mendoza its new Arizona market leader. In this new role, he succeeds former PIC Andy Spillum, who has been named the firm’s new chief operating officer.

Mendoza has over 25 years of public accounting experience, providing assurance services to privately held businesses in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, wholesale and distribution, construction, real estate, franchises and service-related businesses. Spillum has served as PIC of the firm’s Phoenix market and chief practice officer for the West region for the past 17 years. He provides audit, tax and consulting services to clients in several industries, including telephone companies, electric cooperatives and renewable energy firms.
