CPAmerica has added Bethel, Conn.-based CironeFriedberg LLP and RFH PLLC of Lexington, Ky., as new association members.
Founded in 2004, RFH provides audit, assurance, tax, consulting and advisory services to a wide array of clients. CironeFriedberg was founded in 1945 and provides tax, accounting and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, as well as middle market, privately held and family-owned businesses in industries such as manufacturing, real estate, construction and health care.
“We are pleased to gain two like-minded member firms whose objectives are to remain independent through their affiliation with each other,” says CPAmerica president Grace Horvath.
