West Des Moines, Iowa-based IPA 400 firm TDT CPAs and Advisors (FY21 net revenue of $10.3 million) is spinning off its business intelligence and audit divisions into Forge Financial and Management Consulting, a separate new firm launching on Oct. 31.
Focused mainly on small and mid-market businesses, Forge will work with clients to turn financial information into leadership and operational intelligence. The new firm will be headquartered in West Des Moines, with clients and team members located across the U.S.
