San Francisco-based IPA 100 firm Andersen (FY21 net revenue of $450.3 million) has brought on Bob Crnkovich as a managing director in its U.S. national tax practice.
Crnkovich has over 40 years of experience in law and public accounting working with a range of public and private clients to navigate formation, acquisition, restructuring and disposition transactions. Prior to joining Andersen, he was special counsel in the office of chief counsel, passthroughs and special industries at the IRS. He also previously served as senior counsel in the office of tax policy at the U.S. Treasury Department. In addition to his experience in the government sector, he has also worked at several Big 4 firms in his career.
